House rules:

We wish you a warm welcome in the Château de Blauzac.

We wish to draw your attention to some rules that ensure you and the other guests a pleasant and harmonious stay.

•⁠ ⁠Check-in is between 16.00 and 21.00
•⁠ ⁠Check-out is between 8.00 and 11.00
•⁠ ⁠During your stay, all residents will use the property with respect for the fellow residents.
•⁠ ⁠All exterior space on the ground floor (swimming pool, sun terrace, summer kitchen, inner court yard) is accessible for use by all residents.
•⁠ ⁠We provide outdoor furniture, appliances, games, equipment, linen etc. Guests are requested to keep the common space and the tables, exterior kitchen, etc. clean and take their belongings with them when leaving the space and tidy up used toys, tablewear, books or newspapers.
•⁠ ⁠Parties with people not staying at the castle are allowed only with specific prior agreement with the owners and may be subject to additional fees.
•⁠ ⁠The cats residing at the castle cannot be fed and guests are requested to take care that the cats cannot acccess the swimming pool area or the street.
•⁠ ⁠Because the castle is not suitable or equipped for them, we cannot accept children under 7 years old.
•⁠ ⁠Pets are not allowed in the pool or in the bedrooms or bathrooms. Owners will be liable for any damage caused by their animals.
•⁠ ⁠The apartments cannot be used by more people than the number stated in the booking confirmation.
•⁠ ⁠- To make your stay comfortable, we do our best to keep each space at your disposal in a perfect state of repair and replace missing items, but in case we overlooked anything, please inform us as soon as you notice any items are missing or broken.
•⁠ ⁠Because water and electricity are included in the rent, we ask our guests to please handle them with care: do not leave windows open when the air conditioning is on and do not close the curtains over the air conditioning elements as that prevents hot or cold air from circulating.
•⁠ ⁠We ask tenants to sort their waste properly.
•⁠ ⁠Smoking is allowed only outside.
•⁠ ⁠The property may not be sublet.
